    2. Forklifts Conversion.

Incogas has its own conversion kit for forklifts and vehicles.

7 Reasons to convert your forklift into NGV.

  • To use the cheapest fuel in the market.
  • To use the more eco friendly fuel, reduces emissions up to a 90%.
  • The NGV, the safest fuel because it is lighter tan the air.
  • Low maintenance cost for your vehicle, it extends the oil change.
  • Dual conversion system for your vehicle, using NGV or gasoline.
  • High technology equipment, better efficiency per litter equivalent to natural gas. It does not damage the engine.
  • Conversions can be made on forklifts with gasoline or GLP engines form 4, 6, and 8 cylinders.

Economical Advantages for NGV.

  • The natural gas is the cheapest fuel on an international level.
  • Natural Gas does not damage engine and prolongs the life of the engine.
  • Natural Gas does not degrade lubricants, allowing en extended use of engine oil.
  • Natural Gas has a complete combustion allowing a better tuning of the engine and a longer period between tunings.
  • The cost for the conversion of the forklift, is amortized with the saving from the NGV compared to other fuel.
  • Same efficiency for equivalent energy units for gasoline.
  • No possibility of thefts when filling the CNG.

Applications

Natural gas possesses distinctive properties that are valued in many segments.

    VEHICLE

    • CNG is a light gaseous fuel that adapts well to ordinary-fuels substitution, mainly gasoline. In these cases, it is not uncommon for vehicles to operate with two fuels, CNG or its original fuel.
    • CNG can be used in vehicles such as taxicabs, buses, company fleets, private and business vehicles and many others. Its countless benefits have contributed to the growing number of vehicles being converted worldwide every year. Vehicles can either be manufactured to operate with CNG or be later converted at authorized conversion centers.

    INDUSTRIAL

    • For industrial purposes natural gas can efficiently substitute any solid, liquid or gaseous fuel. It addition, it can be used as raw material for the petro-chemical (methanol production), steel and fertilization sectors. It is also ideal for processes that require burning in close contact with the final product, as it is the case of ceramics or glass manufacturing.

    4. Natural Gas Stations

NOM-010-SECRE-2000

NOM-011-SECRE-2000

Once connected into the gas pipe line, the station receives a supply of gas to be compressed and made into CNG.

The compression system is made up from:

  • Compressor
  • Storage cylinders
  • Dispensers
  • Control Panel

    5. Natural Gas Transportation System

Natural Gas Transportation is used in operations in which the pipeline does not exist. This system Transports High pressure compressed natural gas to supply to enterprises, industry and vehicle fleets, and also for making Mother – Daughter Natural Gas Stations.

    6. Diesel Engines and Electrical Generators Converted into Natural Gas. (ICG-D)

Incogas develops equipment for a dual use of the electrical generators converted into natural gas. We also have a distributions and technical support form the Italian Enterprise NGV Motori.

ICG has developed a system that uses natural gas as a primary fuel in diesel engines, the brand is known as ICG-D.

ICG-D system operates mixing diesel and natural gas inside the combustion chamber. We can get a maximum ratio of 70% natural gas and 30% diesel, making the engine use natural gas as the principal fuel and this makes operational costs go lower.

In case of a failure in the natural gas distribution the engine automatically changes into 100% diesel operation, without energy lost. This way the enterprise can adjust to prices from electrical bills by producing their own energy.

We have additional benefits such as:

  • No modifications to the engine
  • No efficiency loss
  • Reduction of operational costs
  • Increases operational time in the electrical generator
  • It does not require high pressure natural gas
  • Less storage for diesel
  • Reduction on transportation costs from diesel
  • Less contaminant emissions.
  • Reduction in noise in the operation natural gas / diesel
  • Flexibility in choosing fuel if prices change.
  • Smooth transition for the electrical generator into a dual system.
